Worst service experienced ever

Our experience yesterday at the Willowbridge restuarant was pathetic, we waited a very long time for simple breakfast order. The waiter was totally absent, manager not aware what is going on in yhe restuarant. We walked out without having our food. Contacted the head office this morning 9h20, still waiting for a operations manager to return my call. Left a message with the reception.
