Ou Meul Bakkery - Service down the drain

This is one of our favorite stops from Langebaan to Cape Town - What has happened with the service-it was shocking. I ordered a cappuccino, and had a flat white slammed on the counter I asked for the pie to just be heated slightly, it was steaming out of the packet. Sadly this has not been a pleasant experience , only to hear that friends visited your store in Wiilobridge yesterday and also received dreadful service-
