Food safety and hygiene

I visited the restaurant Old Meul Bakery Stanford. I was horrified by the low standards of food safety and hygiene. I witnessed a women worker with long braids hair not binded, the hair ended up into the cup of coffee. Full waste bins with over flowing waste behind the counter attracking flies. The cook or chef licking fingers while serving food. Flies sitting on food coming from the kitchen. Dirty utensils. I saw a waiter picking nose. The bathroom unhygienic. I did not complain with the manager as she was busy on her phone the whole time. That explains the conditions. I will not eat any food from that restaurant.
