Bad experience

Ordered food and waited over an hour whilst other people of a different colour were getting their orders taken after us, paying and leaving and i we still havnt gotten our food. The food was not warm, neither was our drinks, the hot chocolate was not even close to hot. Waitress comes with the meal with sweet potato fries when we ordered normal fries and then tells they dont have normal potatoes and she makes the call on her own without informing us, it angers me as my partner doesnt eat sweet potatoes. Really really bad first experience there.
