Bought items on special in online shop, no stock, no refund

<p>I bought items online which they advertised on special. 14th Dec 2016<br />was phoned back by an Indian guy telling me they haven't got stock, do I want a refund. I rep**** yes. He told me it will be done same day or 15th Dec 2016.<br />Now the 19th. Place closed for business for christmass holidays. No refund to date. Can't contact anybody.</p>
