Driving test

My son did his drivers at the Ottery's Learners & Testing Centre and was pleasantly surprised to get a friendly licencing examiner. He was immediately at ease and passed the test. After receiving disgraceful service at the Milnerton department this was restoring some hope in our institutions. Thank you
