Title: App Glitch Stole My Funds – Customer Support Completely Ignoring MeI am extremely frustrated with OTT Voucher. 4 days ago, I used the OTT App to buy MTN airtime for a Capitec Connect number. Because of the network mismatch, the app crashed. R16.45 was deducted from my balance, but the transaction vanished entirely from my app history—no log, no receipt, nothing.Your front-line IT specialists have failed twice because they are only checking my basic user profile. This is an orphaned database transaction trapped in your backend system. Standard WhatsApp and email support have now ignored me for days.I demand a Senior System Administrator query the raw server logs for my number to find my stuck funds and credit my app account immediately. Disappointing service!
