Can I get an email of a manager or someone who can actually assist in my mother getting her funds which was with Nampak You guys will be known for the ****py service you provide No responses to emails, calls, no help at all.

At this point we are sick and tired of this service that has been ongoing for 5 months now. Further, please do not come with any excuse for this terrible service

Last week Olwethu confirmed that she has sent 5 emails confirming that they need to release payment but NO PAYMENT has been received with NO EXPLANATION.

All details has and required documents has been sent I personally work in the service industry. This is totally unacceptable. Do you guys not have any SLA of the work that needs to be done?
