It's unfortunate to read bad reviews regarding this company. Few bad apples make it bad for everyone else. My experience with Tracey has been spot on. She's fast, efficient and goes the extra mile when assisting. I'm from the Western Cape and all parts that I have ordered from them, through Tracey, has been the right part and the best fit.
