Pathetic service from ot's auto sensors and parts

Experiencing the most pathetic service service from ot's auto sensors and parts. We ordered a airflow sensor for a renault duster 1500 dci 2018 model on the 4/5/23 they confirmed with photos they have the part. We paid them plus courier service, we never received the sensor. Eventually my husband went to the shop and it was the incorrect part that they ordered. They said they would refund his petrol money and courier fees until this day they still have not done this. They said they would order the correct part for us and that we can collect it on the15/5/23 everyday we have to phone and they still do not have the part or would find out and phone and they would say they will call us and they never did. We will have to follow up. Samantha did the purchase but when we want to talk to her she is never available. We followed up with head office and they said they wiuld pay our petrol for driving so far and that they wiukd make sure our part would be available they did not keep their end of the promise. Then the shifted everything on Tebogo and when we followed up with her after the wrong part was ordered and needed to be returned she is also off and can't take our calls. There is always an issue. We told them that we needed the part urgently and that wee wiuld come and exchange it they said they will contact us.Their follow up service is pathetic. And all they say is they have a 7 day policy that we must adhere to but they aren't keeping to their part of the sale and we are tired of their poor service. I would never ever recommend their service and after care to anybody as it is pathetic not in person on Facebook or any platform that they advertise there services on. What they advertise and promise in their service delivery is not the same they are pathetic. They promise good service and parts but don't deliver on it. We paid for our part on the 4/5/23 and we want our correct part it is as simple as that just deliver the service and stop being pathetic
