OT'S Auto Sensors and Parts all promise with no delivery

I ordered a sensor from this company with the OEM part number, but when it arrived it was the wrong item. I notified the supplier and they wanted me to return the item at my cost after having paid delivery of the item when it was ordered. After they agreed that they would have the correct item sent and collect the wrong item all went quiet. I have had to keep phoning only to be told the person will talk to her manager. To date, I still don't have delivery of the correct item and they, don't answer my calls or say they will get back to me. They said it would be shipped out last week and I would receive it by Friday, low and behold Friday came and went, but still no item. This has now been three months and counting, with no item, no phone call, no apology and no response. I give them a minus ten.
