Bad service and non responsive

This is now a week later, and still no response from the company. Still, no right item was delivered, no callback or communication whatsoever. I never like to give any business a bad review because mistakes happen. the problem is they have not tried to rectify their mistake and expect others to pay for that mistake. On top of that, they just stop communicating after giving numerous promises to have the correct item delivered. It feels like they are a *****ulent company because you can't get many answers only promises
