Spares have come in but after a long time

Otis have finally brought in the spares for the faulty lifts. The unit holders have demanded that Otis should be replaced with another company. This has been done. I am however thankful to Hello Peter for giving us the space to make the necessary complaints. Otis , hopefully would in future listen to their customers and provide the necessary services more promptly.
