Seems some of their people need Anger Management

What was meant to be a fun outing to Mcdonalds was ruined by inappropriate behaviour. There was an altercation between one of OTIS (PTY) LTD employees (who was driving a company vehicle ND 6038) and another individual. The employee chose to handle the situation violently scaring many customers and employees of Mcdonalds. This was unacceptable as it is a family restaurant and there were children around. Children should not be exposed to such violent language and fighting. Not to mention bad advertising for the company. Maybe you should teach your employees to handle difficult situations like adults.
