fixing lift

please don't make use of otis ever,it's the worst company i have ever seen. i stay in a block of flats where there is a otis lift and a lot of old people. the flat has 7 storeys. the lift stays broken and its broken on/off for 5 years now. they fix the lift get in car and 2 days later it's broken again. i think their staff is *********** to fix lift. they always have excuses but can't fix the lift,they don't worry about the old people and that they stuck and can't go to the shop. it's a disgrace how they work,they not even worth one star but only a minus.
