Cruel Pathetic Service

<p>Otis has subjected the residents of Crateford Court to what amounts to as torture by not fixing the only lift in the building for 3 weeks now.</p> <p>After a 1 weekof the lift not working they send someone out to fix it,1 WEEK !</p> <p>Then they take the door of the lift away for repairs and arrive a few days later,they leave again with the door saying the holes where drilled in the incorrect place.</p> <p>They arrive a few days later and say the exact same thing happened and that the holes were incorrectly drilled.</p> <p>They made excuses of being short staffed to workers on strike. </p> <p>Now the supervisor at Otis cuts the call whenever we are transfered to him to ask for an update.</p> <p> </p> <p>How could they not even care about the sick,disabled, elderly people and little kids apart from the rest of everyone that has to suffer up and down these stairs everyday for 3 weeks now ? Truly sad and pathetic service..</p> <p>I wish they where forced to experience this to know what it feels like.</p> <p>They should be sued and our trustees of the building should change lift maintenence companies.</p> <p>Working on it..</p>
