11 weeks on, the lift is STILL not operational

I reported on Hellopeter on 25th January about Otis' service, or rather, LACK of service. I was contacted the same day by a lady in Joburg head office who promised to sort it out. Well, the lift broke on 9th January, ELEVEN weeks later it is still not working. About once a week, sometone comes, tries to get it going (cannot find parts) goes off and then if you are lucky, in another week or so, someone comes again. Oops, no,\ THAT part is now fixed
