STAY FAR AWAY FROM OTIM GATES!!

i recently had a gate made and installed by a company called OTIM gates. these guys don't know what the hell they are doing! It started when i decided to google a company who made gates ( first mistake ). and i came across these posers. their website looked legit and very well laid out. and by the looks of it, they did good work. i then contacted them for a site visit and a quote. the leader of the *****s arrived in an Uber. i was immediately skeptical and i asked him about it. he then said that its his brothers Uber business and they're in it together. anyway we went on chatting about the dynamics of the gate and he said all the right things... or it seemed that way. i also heard alot about the hard working Zim guys and thought let me give this guy a chance despite my gut feeling. oh yes and he gives a 5 year guarantee on the sh*t show. what followed was a series of shocking events! ive listed them below: 1. The structure of the gate is weak as the incorrect thickness of tubing was used. That is why the gate is flimsy. he used the cheapest tubing. 2. The track he laid is wrong. The cement was to be taken to the end of the angle iron to make the track floor all level, which he didnt. 3. The gate was to long. We wanted a smaller gate but he advised that the bigger gate would work better and look nicer. 4. The gate guides are complete *******. The gate keeps knocking the Vibracrete damaging both the nutek and the Vibracrete. 5. The metal is already beginning to rust so how can it be galvanized?

the points above are only descriptions of the k*k they caught on. there's so many other horrors that took place in between.

We've had the gate for less for 3 months and its already rusting. the workmanship of these guys is a complete headache and a nightmare! i tried contacting him ( Sydney ) to come and fix this BS gate but he blatantly rejects my calls and doesn't respond to whatsapps. infact days later after not responding, he actually blocked me!!! ive come to the conclusion that if not able to get my money back, i want nothing to do with these clowns. because if they worked so k*k when they got paid, imagine how k*k they will work when they dont. these guys are tarnishing the name of the hard working Zim guys who come to SA for work. i wish i could post pics for you to see.
