Disappointed with the service!

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Otim Gates Business. They did not complete the job they were hired to do, and we are still waiting for the work to be finished.

Communication has been very poor. Keith is not answering his phone or responding to messages, which is very frustrating when you are trying to resolve an incomplete job.

At this point, we feel ignored and let down. I would not recommend this business based on our experience. We simply want the job completed or proper communication about what is going on.
