Shocking service

Shocking service, waited for 30 minutes for a refund as staff say they are unable to assist in getting another size... which I could order on line!! The assistant then says she can't refund!! Says they are a new store experiencing problems...customer inconvenience meant nothing to them..now sitting with an item I can't wear.
