OTG active wear not delivering products

I placed an online order on the 5th of August. It is now the 18th I still have not received what I have paid for. I have been in contact with a lady called Edwina but she can still not tell me if my package will be delivered or not. I understand that some times things happen but to take someone's money and not deliver goods is disgusting. I have also tried calling with no success. Please do not order from this brand it is not worth the aggravation.
