Otel Service

I have never experienced such poor technical and customer support in my life. Recently the manager asked me to email screen shots and a report of my problems, only to receive nothing back from them, I have been struggling with them for 2 months now, If you have any other options on an internet company, i would highly recommend using them instead of oTEL, unfortunately I live in an area where they are the only providers and the know it so they have no care about delivering what I pay for. Useless. oh, enjoy the incompetence of tech support who have a preconceived idea of what youre calling about and give you generic irrelevant answers to questions that havent even been asked..

And more recently, I have been asked to remove my review on another review site, they posted a log with one of the technicians that I was dealing with and left out all of the technicians chat, only leaving my chat in the log... which clearly showed his incompetence to guide me to the log in portal to view my account.. how does an online assistant not know what the link is to the log in screen for user accounts?
