Poor Service

<p>My phone was ****** and i needed to do a sim swop and therefore had to contact OTA to obtsin a letter to take to my service provider. I called numerous times, daily no answer at their call center. when I finally got through my details were verified and I gave my email address they confirmed and told me i'll receive the letter soon. I missed a call, when they wanted to confirm my email address AGAIN instead of sending me the letter to take to Network service provider. I had start all over. calling their call center all day everyday no answer. pathetic service.</p>
