Bad customer service

We placed a large order for pizza, that was supposed to be delivered to our area in 45 min to an hour. <br> 2 hours later the driver still hadn't arrived. The driver called us a few times stating where he was and saying he can't find us, so we patiently gave him directions but after several phone calls from us to him, he ended up in a completely different suburb about 20 min away. We called Rossa and complained that we have guests and are still waiting for the delivery. The lady said she will place another identical order and we can collect in 15 min. My husband and daughter arrived shortly thereafter, paid the lady. 5 min later she returned from the kitchen, returning the money and said the pizza dropped onto the floor and they cannot help us.<br> The bald man in the kitchen waved the reception lady away, so obviously they never even started making the pizza for us. Why waste our time and petrol?<br> We have often been to Rossa and really enjoyed the food and service but this was an absolutely shocking experience.<br> To drive there at their request and be treated in such a bad way. Not impressed!
