Money pit

These people are absolutely useless and don't take ownership for any repairs that needs to happen. 5 Years running and I still have a roof that is leaking that they keep on spinning a story for. This or that was wrong or its the other persons fault etc. Danie Smit never calls back or takes ownership of checking up on faulty maintenance. Today I received a call that the new roof they installed recently (which is still leaking) was actually wrong and they are going to take it of and put a new one on again. I even got the contractor to come view my place inside to show him while its raining where its leaking and the damage from years building up.

So much levies wasted on these people and I need to live with 2 walls packed with towels to try and prevent damage to furniture.
