Disappointed with osmans masalas

I used osmans taj mahal chillie pwd all my life. Recently I bought a packet exta special chili powder and it was the wrong masala in the packet so bought another and did a comparison it wasn't the same . The other one didnt eve mn taste right and its wasting all my food stuff and taste more like meilie meal inside and its cutting the tongues with no taste at all

If osmans read this trust me u are loosing customers coz the quality isn't the same but the price is much higher.
