rotten rice and ropes in rice

I buy 10kg of rice every week from Checkers Malvern Durban and its the product of Osmans works. Last month I found rotten pieces rice with bird **** in it, did email them with pictures and last week again piece of rope in the rice again they promised to collect, week later no reply. This is poor from them to promse to replace the product, and test the rice.
