Non Re-payment of deposit

Mid last year, we booked accommodation from 26/12/2015 to 02/01/2016 at Juwis Summer Place (now Oslo Summer Place) and paid 50% deposit. Just before going on leave, I had checked a certain website and found that Juwis Summer Place was no longer listed. My initial concerns came when Mr. Chetty had informed that there were new owners. Though he confirmed that the booking was still ok I felt uneasy and as such delayed payment of the balance. I then made contact with the new owners and mentioned to them about our booking but it seemed that they were not aware of it. I was told that there are bookings that Mr. Chetty had told the new owners to honour, however these conflicted with our timeline as they already had guest checking on 28/12/2015. Mr. Chetty cancelled our booking and agreed to repay our deposit (on three occasions, the first in January 2016). After numerous phone calls, messages and e-mails, I have received nothing; no backing from the new owners, and now Mr. Chetty is ignoring all calls and message.... I doubt I will get anything from posting to Hellopeter, however would like to make it known to people to not book at this accommodation or ever deal with Mr. Terrance Chetty
