dissappointing hospital

OSINDISWENI HOSPITAL: What on earth is going on in that place (MOPD) I was there yesterday my 5year old son was reffered.after an X ray i was told my son has Ostomylisis(bone infection ) so we were to be transfered to eddington hospital.the doctor incharge said he sent a email booking an appointment he said he was waiting for responce so i should wait outside should he recive a response fron eddington he will notify me.however he left few minutes later said the doctor on call will take over.There was no doctor in the ward from 5pm till late around 10pm i decide to leave because i had been there from 6am.the doctor had put a drip on my son which led to the blood to come out because it was empty,leaving a lot of children waiting for transfer sleeping on the floor not knowing if they will be transfered or not nurses walking in and out doing nothing not even giving us an update on whats going to happen to us not to mention other patients left unattended.My question is,is that a hos[pital or play ground for nurses and doctors who are bored sitting at home or a hospital>so after waiting for a response from doctors on whether i will be transfered or not i decided to leave with other patients leaving other patients still unattended.
