Kgaugelo - keep doing what you’re doing

It was a terrible start to my experience, 3 agents later they assigned Kgaugelo to me. I wasn’t having it, I didn’t want to hear anything I was down with Osidon. But the one thing Osidon forgot at the beginning is the very thing Kgaugelo came with, communication and people skills. She is not only a people’s person but also knowledgeable and really listens. Accounting services are not affordable, at all. And I chose this plan because I have access to them for a year for R795, but I am happy because I have access to Kgaugelo for a year. I asked her this morning if it’s just money matters as well lol. Thank Kgaugelo for educating me, and also listening. I am a super happy customer and I know you will go far in life
