Appalling communications
I have been trying to contact them for months because I haven't received an update since the beginning of the year. I did get a phone call 2 months ago that my tax consultant is no longer working for them, and they said they would resolve it. However, my portal still shows my old tax consultant and all further communications have been ignored.
