OSHENWATCH

I ordered an Oshenwatch Watch online http://oshenwatch.org/ and paid by card. Money was deducted. Then I received an email saying that the order would be shipped arriving in approx 4 weeks. I waited. Nothing arrived. I contacted them. I was told the order had not been shipped but was lying in their warehouse. But that it would be shipped. I again waited another 4-6 weeks .....nothing arrived. Again I contacted Ikram at Oshenwatch. Then another person Amy responded saying they would refund my money. No refund arrived in my account. I again contacted them to ask about this and they said "nothing they can do I must sort it out with with my bank". No reason was given as to why my order was never sent apart from stating they don't ship to my country Swaziland....I even asked why they cant ship via South Africa with all this technology DHL / FEDEX we have available today but never received a response......But then why take my money in the first place and never send any goods?? ......I even gave them the opportunity to send me a free watch and I shall forget about this whole affair ......The reply I got back instantly without any remorse (no apology) was "talk to your bank about the refund we sent back". I am just warning other potential unsuspecting people about this company. Tks Gavin F
