www.oscarjuicers.co.za take money for parts that are never delivered! No response when asked.

On Thursday 17 January 2019 I ordered and paid for replacement parts for my Oscar juicer from a website www.oscarjuicers.co.za on their website they promise next day delivery. On Monday 21 January 2019 my parts had still not been delivered. All their contact numbers go straight to voicemail, and I was told by Dylan - the name provided to me by their online chat facility the following statement, "I can only check on you order later this afternoon. I'm on the chat system on my phone Phone was flat just now which is why you couldn't get through." This was at 12:20 on Monday, I write this reveiw at 21:47 and still I have had no response from Oscar Juicers. Having provided them with my order number and telephone number.
