Disgusting service

The receptionist by the name Shamillah is very rude, I've been calling Osbro since Tuesday to get my goods exchanged, the lady said she cant help me a manager will call me the next day, a day passed and i called again she said the online manager is not available, I asked for the manager's name she refused, I asked for her surname she refused and dropped the call on me, when i called in everybody who answered kept on saying hold the line, when i get to that person he says u r transferred to the wrong person please hold until they hang up on me again. I hope they refund my money I want nothing to do with OSBRO ONLINE, THEY R ALL *********** AND NOT TRAINED TO PLEASE CUSTOMERS
