Disappointing experience at Osbro online

If there were 0 stars that is what i would rate them as. Black Friday and everyone is looking for deals and bargains. Found the fan we were looking for and Osbro had the best price. made the purchase on black friday and today i get a whatsapp to say they have no stock.... In today's systems age you would think the system would let you know how much stock they have (like takealot does) or would at least say "sold out" like many on-line shops have. And I went back on to their website today and low and behold the item is still on the site to be purchased! This is the first and last time that i purchase (or try and purchase) anything from them. Now we wait and see how long it will take for me to get my refund!
