Poor service

I made an online purchase with Osbro Online on the 27/04/2021. Once the order was received I returned an item that I purchased at the Amalgam Store on the 01/05/2021. I was assured on that day that a refund would be processed. From the 01/05/2021 till today no refund has been processed. I have constantly send an email to them and get empty promises. I am so disgusted with this kind of service. I will never place an order with this company again!!!!
