ORYX ENERGIES LIMPOPO PROVINCE REPRESENTATIVE NOT COMING IN TO HELP

On 3 January 2022, I called Oryx Energies head office in Johannesburg request information on how to start the Oryx Gas retail business. My desire is to refill and sell gas bottles from a ship container on my business site.

Since my business area is in Limpopo, I was told to contact the Limpopo area representative, Mr Timothy at the numbers provided to me. Timothy indicated that he is on leave and requested me to send him a WhatsApp. I sent the WhatsApp message requesting the processes and procedures to start this kind of business. I did not receive a respond, and on 14 January 2022, I called Timothy reminding him of my request. He promised to call me back , since he was on lunch. I called him after lunch as he did not call me back. He indicated that he will help me as he is very busy and hung up. I am frustrated as I do not see any help coming as no timeframes were provided from this representative. I need ORYX ENERGIES to help me get the response to my request as the representative is busy.
