did not agree to anything in writing

I've been trying to sell my daughters (inheritance from my mother-I have signing power) shares with Highveld syndication since 2011, since there where said that the investment scheme 'went south' and one of the directors walked away with our money, before they changed to 'Orthotouch', sent in forms as they requested and everything! BUT SINCE THEN ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONE, REPLY FROM THEM, when you phone they said they will look into it?? its been 4 years, no more monthly interest, so what is happening to this ? ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT I SIGNED I CAN SHELL SHARES WHEN AND HOW I SEE FIT, at a cost of course, but they refuse???<br> I NEED TO QUERY THIS
