What wonderful customer liason
What wonderful customer liason. i had purhased an elbow guard for myself due to encountering tennis elbow. The little air pocket in it was damaged. i email the company to ask if i could purchase a spare little air pocket gizmo so i could use the brace. A lady at Orthotex Lezanne Bester answered my email saying she would send me the item at no charge. Besides sending the pocket, she sent an entire new brace with the pocket. I am gobsmacked. What a staff member. What company. I am your supporter for life.

Todays workforce takes their job as a right and dont care about those that actually make sure businesses survive - the customer.
