warrenty clauses

<p>I purchased a matress on recommendation from the Manager at a cost of R20,000. The Manager (Ryan) advised us that we had a (3) three months trial period and if we were not happy, we could exchange the matress at any time. After about 30 days we were not happy and they exchanged the mattress. Now not even 10 months later, we are not happy with the mattress and contacted (Colleen) a supervisor for the Company and she requested photographs and then came to collect the mattress for testing. Approximatley 2 days later, she advised us that experts had tested the mattress and nothing was wrong with the mattress. We now expected to pay for the collection and return of the mattress, although the warranty states 15 years. The Manager (Ryan) who sold the mattress to us, ensured us that we could exchange at any time the mattess if we were not happy. </p> <p> </p> <p>We are not advised that Orthopedic Pillow and Mattress can at anytime withdraw the terms and conditions of the warranty.</p> <p> </p> <p>We chose to buy an Orthopedic bed for health reasons, on the recommendation of the Manager (Ryan), and specifically ensured us that for the next 15 years, we dont have to worry about the right mattress, we can exchange in this period of the warranty.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is not fair for the Company to turn around and withdraw the warranty without offering a refund. This is an awful lot of money for a bed we chose for health reasons, but doesnt serve the purpose it was bought for.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help!!! we want our money back or an exchanged mattress. </p>
