USELESS, DISHONEST AND INEFFICIENT

Most useless company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order online on the 16 May 2022. It is now the 2nd June 2022 and i have not they received one message from this company. I called enquiring whats happening and they had some nonsense answer for me. When I said I dthey are demand a refund, the reception or call centre lady said she will refer me to management. I then got cut off and mysteriously they are not answering the phone now...... STAY AWAY FROM THIS USELESS, DISHONEST COMPANY.
