Unfair trading

I purchased a headboard from this company in March 2015. They promised delivery by the end of March. However they failed to deliver or provide me with a reasonable explanation. I followed up with them numerous times, they always promised to call me back but they didn't call back. <br> <br> They eventually called in June, with an explanation that they experienced delays, and were now ready to manufacture the product. I asked them to wait a week and I would advise them what I wanted to do. I called and asked them to cancel the order and requested for a refund. <br> <br> I followed up with the refund and they refuse to pay it back. Furthermore when I spoke to Colleen, customer services manager, she read out the information on her file and we agreed on the majority of the dates. Then she sent me an email with a record of what had happened and she had changed the dates completely.<br> <br> Ryan, the managing director was rude in handling the refund/complaint and he was refusing to make a decision about the refund.<br> <br> Take caution when dealing with these guys.
