Robbing the Aged!!!

My in Laws purchased beds from a place called orthopaedic mattress and pillow in July, at a VERY HIGH price for the two beds, The beds were delivered 3 weeks late, AND unassembled after 19h30 in the evening! When I complained to the Manager of this business He(Ryan McLeod), had the cheek to say oh it would be easy for My In laws to put the beds together, please note that My In laws are aged pensioners, over 70 years of age! Well it took me getting two different contractors in and BOTH stated that there were many parts missing! The beds lay in the garage for all this time, The In laws vehicle having to stand outside as the company did nothing about this problem! We are now in September and those assholes STILL haven't done a thing to remedy the situation! Seriously I implore You all NOT to support this horrid company as they are blatant *******! They take advantage of the weak and aged community! STAY FAR AWAY from them! I have all the email correspondence between them and Me and My Wife where empty promises were made but yet nothing has come from it!! Hope I have saved someone from losing a lot of money by telling You all this story. Thanks for Your time. Steve.
