Refund

I bought a bed with the supplier and have kept their account details in my list of beneficiaries. When I was supposed to pay electricity which has a similar name to their account I mistakenly paid this company.<br> I have been awaiting this refund from then until now. When I enquired I received a very unfriendly accountant who claims to be married to the owner.<br> till to date I have not been paid back. The accountant was very rude to me and would have thought by now she would have paid my money back but to my surprise nothing.
