Orthopedic Pillow and Mattress SHOCKING SERVICE

I bought a 'fancy' remote controlled memory foam bed (R28,100-00) from the at the Home Expo on 28th February 2015. The mechanism failed to elevate the bed in August 2015. I wrote emails on 12 & 21 August 2015. To date NO RESPONSE! I will notify every relevant FB page should I receive no response from them.
