No quality but expensive

i am utterly disgusted and very sad that i took my last money and bought this expensive pillars and now they are breaking my neck. i was hoping to get comfort and peaceful sleep but what a waste of my money.

it is sad in south africa when you support companies and business and after the sale they do not care about you. i bought them at the continental linel warehouse in woodmead, the manager refuses to take them back, refund or exchange. i was told to contact the head office, i called them and spoke to a rude lady called Natasha and when i asked for her surname or to speak to the manager she refused. She only asked to take my contact details and telephone number and till today she did not get back me actually no one did.

i'm very frustrated and angry - please please do not buy from them or their products its contour foam pillows
