NO AFTER SERVICE OR GUARENTEE HONORED

July 2020 we bought x3 beds from Orthopedic Pillow and mattress - a big sale. of which one of the beds were one of their supreme king XL. the bed were very uncomfortable and the mattresses actually moved inside their covers. they had to replace 2 early 2021 and fix the motor - I was told to pay a callout fee, but refused because it was still under warranty. Needles to say one motor broke again and the mattresses is unsleepable - I did numerous phone calls just to find out that the owner Ryan McLeod sold it to one of his "employees" by the name Natasha Pillay - whom has no customer service or phone skills - she literarily screamed at me over the phone refusing to honor the guarantee. guarantee as per emails with original transaction: Memory foam mattresses 10 year guarantee on mattresses 4 year guarantee on motors and remote controls
