No after sales service

My wife ordered a bed wedge from them. From the picture and description on their website the product seemed like just what she needed. However, when it arrived it looked a bit different (the angles on the real thing were not the same as those in the photographed one) and clearly had less functionality than what the website claimed (we could only find two, neither of them satisfactory). It was completely unuseable for the purpose we had intended. We called to find out about returning it unused and they refused to take it back. I subsequently completed a feedback form on their website but no response in about two weeks. Any company worth its salt would refund a product that does not meet expectations. But these guys are ***boys. Interesting that both the other negative comments on them are about refusing to accept returns and provide refunds... I would never recommend a company that behaves like this.
