Misleading Sales/Advertising regarding exchanges

Please be careful when you purchase products from Orthopedic Pillow and Mattress. Bought pillows that carried a 5 year exchange period that is evidenced in our receipt. <br> <br> Went to their offices to do an exchange and received a cold shoulder from Ashley McLeod. He avoided every question we asked and tried to use every trick in the book to ignore our concerns. We are in year 3 but the exchange was declined, when buying these products please consider more ethical businesses or products since they only worry about themselves. Initially they said they would exchange the one which we agreed to, now Ryan McLeod the managing director refuses to exchange it but it was sold under a 5 year exchange period. It was good to do the sale for them. I have all proof in my possession.<br> <br> These products don't seem to be SABS approved either therefore the lack of concern and poor principles followed. They only seem to focus on sales and don't think about the consumer/s who purchases their products. Best to do your homework first, don't rush into making purchases on these products since they will not consider any warranty or exchange.
