<p>We ordered and duly paid for an adjustable motorised bed on the 05/03/2016. We made it clear that the bed was required very urgently because my husband’s health deteriorated daily and we could no longer manage without this bed. Delivery was promised within 5 working days (the main reason we place the order), which should have been before 11/03/2016. Despite numerous calls and sms’s the bed was only delivered on the 17/03/2016. However this was completely the wrong bed and it was returned to Orthopaedic Pillow and Mattress. I stressed the urgency of the matter of delivery of the correct bed as our situation was getting worse by the day.</p> <p> </p> <p>By the 25/03/2016 the correct bed had still not been delivered. On the 27/03/2016 I had no choice but to cancel the order and request a refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 05/04/2016, a month after my order was placed and despite cancelling the order and also without communicating with me, Orthopaedic Pillow and Mattress attempted to deliver the bed. I sent the bed back as I had cancelled the order and was completely disgusted with the service received from them. I have spent the past 4 months trying to get my payment refunded and have consulted with my lawyer. My lawyer is also not getting any reply from them. It is clear from other complaints on your website that I am not the only one that is experiencing this treatment from Ryan and Colleen . I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. I feel ******.</p>
